Aria Review

The only instance I would not order from Aria (http://www.aria.co.uk/) is if they do not stock a particular item I require, however this is not very often.

I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years now and have very rarely had any issues.

I've had to return a few items due to manufacturing defects (not Aria's fault of course) and in every case the RMA has been dealt with swiftly and remained hassle-free, with them either offering store credit or sending me a new product in place of the old.

If you sign up to their forums (http://forums.aria.co.uk/forum.php) and contribute enough, you can also get lifetime free delivery on all standard priced items (doesn't include their 'super special' items as these are dispatched from other warehouses and as such carry postage costs). It would be nice to see a dedicated customer rep on the forums during the day as well though.

Edit: Since posting they have employed another CS rep (Natalie).

The only qualm I have is that sometimes their courier (CityLink) is not always up to scratch. While this is not Aria's fault and is normally down to the franchising of the courier depots (with the added bonus of incredibly lazy drivers), they have listened to this and are now in the process of offering various other postage schemes.

Edit: Since posting they have also gotten rid of CityLink in place of DPD, who now deliver next day guarateed as far as I'm aware, along with a 1 hour delivery slot in which they will visit (you can get text notification of this!).

All in all, a great place for new components at fantastic prices! (Especially with the additional comments).
